Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

Dropping Jewels Co. offers digital educational products including ebooks and related content. Jewels Advisory Group LLC offers credit consulting services including document preparation, bureau correspondence, and consumer advocacy on behalf of enrolled clients.

Jewels Advisory Group LLC provides credit consulting services only and does not provide legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for any legal matters.

2. Credit Consulting Service — Terms

Upon enrollment in the Jewels Advisory Group LLC credit consulting service, the following terms apply:

• Service Fee: A one-time flat fee of $200 is due at the time of enrollment. This fee covers a 6-month engagement period.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific outcome, credit score increase, or deletion of any specific item from your credit report. Individual results vary based on the nature of your credit file and bureau responses.
• Client Obligations: You agree to complete your portal submission promptly and provide accurate, truthful information and documentation. Delays in portal submission will delay the start of your service.
• Service Scope: Our service includes bureau dispute correspondence, CFPB complaint filings where applicable, and monthly progress updates for the duration of your engagement.
• No Legal Representation: We are not attorneys. Our services do not constitute legal representation. We do not advise on lawsuits, legal claims, or matters requiring legal counsel.

3. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), we disclose the following:

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself at no charge.
• We cannot guarantee the removal of any information from your credit report.
• We cannot make false claims or representations about our services.
• You have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation.

4. Refund Policy — Credit Consulting Service

Due to the nature of our consulting services, the following refund policy applies:

• 3-Day Right of Rescission: As required by CROA, you may cancel within three (3) business days of enrollment for a full refund.
• After 3 Days: Once the 3-day rescission period has passed and portal onboarding has been completed, the $200 fee is non-refundable as work on your file has commenced.
• Incomplete Onboarding: If you enroll but do not complete your portal submission within 30 days, your engagement will be considered abandoned. No refund will be issued.

5. Digital Products — Terms

All digital products sold through Dropping Jewels Co. are delivered electronically. The following terms apply:

• No Refunds on Digital Products: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered.
• Personal Use Only: Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our digital products without express written permission.
• Intellectual Property: All content within our digital products is the intellectual property of Dropping Jewels Co. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. The 800 Movement — Membership Terms

• The 800 Movement is a monthly membership community hosted on Skool at a rate of $25 per month.
• Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines including spam, harassment, or unauthorized solicitation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during enrollment or onboarding
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client portal
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital content without authorization
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other community members

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropping Jewels Co. and Jewels Advisory Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or digital products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Newport News, Virginia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
